Dishwasher / Kitchen Brigade

Help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment and work areas while supporting the kitchen team with basic prep, organization and other tasks as needed.

Morning Prep / Kitchen Production Staff

Support daily morning café and catering production by preparing ingredients, portioning food and completing prep lists. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to cross-train throughout the kitchen.

Line Cook

Prepare and execute café menu items while maintaining our standards for quality, consistency and presentation. Line Cooks work closely with the entire kitchen team and will be cross-trained across multiple stations.

Part-Time Bakery Production Staff

Support our bakery team with preparing, baking, finishing and packaging baked goods for the café and catering. This flexible role may also include cross-training in café service and other areas of production.

Chef / Sous Chef

Lead and support our kitchen team while overseeing daily food production, quality, organization and service. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting both Chickadee Café and A Million Mouthfuls Catering operations.

Catering Kitchen Staff

Help prepare, assemble and package food for a variety of catering orders and events. Every day can look a little different, making this a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and team-focused kitchen.

Café Service Staff

Create a friendly and welcoming experience for our guests while taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining the café and supporting daily service. Team members will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the café.

Barista

Prepare quality coffee, espresso, tea and specialty beverages while providing friendly and efficient customer service. Baristas will also be cross-trained in general café service and other front-of-house responsibilities.

Café Manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of Chickadee Café, including staff, training, scheduling, customer experience and service standards. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong team and create a welcoming café experience.
